A devotee of the ensemble, Patti believes that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. She loves bringing groups of people together and seeing what they can accomplish and how they can surprise themselves along the way.

The process of making decisions and discoveries is something she relishes and collaborating with actors and encouraging their growth brings her great joy. There are few places she’d rather be in any given moment than a rehearsal room.
